Our Registrar Office produces official transcripts for our academic programs, CEU seminars, and Professional Development Activities (PDAs). Please use the provided form to make all requests.
Allow one to two weeks to process. Note: any pending account balance / library holds must be resolved before documents will be released.
The Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine is accredited by the
Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (ACAHM) which is the recognized accrediting agency for the approval of programs preparing acupuncture and Oriental medicine practitioners.
